Zuibaiki Garden or The Garden of the Drunken Pond is one of the five classical garden of Shanghai. You may find this garden in Songjiang district, 30 km S-V of the Shanghai center. There are much more objectives to visit there (the residential Thames Town, the university ground with 70000 students and academics, Xilin and Fangta Pagodas, Zhenjiao, the oldest mosque in Shanghai, and many more).

Due to our limited time, I only chose Zuibaiki Garden. This one was constructed during Ming dynasty, over 900 years ago, to honour a famous poet of that time, Bat Juyi . The entrance into the garden costs 12 RMB, and you will find the garden right near the metro line 9 exit with the same name.

One cannot tell much about a garden, you have to see it! That’s why I decided to post here more photos, to re-create the atmosphere in the garden. I hope I can give you an image of its splendor !

Poti petrece acolo ore in sir, fara a te plictisi.

    Foarte frumoase fotografii!!
