Pe Drumul Marasii in Uzbekistan 15. La plimbare in Khiva-orasul muzeu (2)

In interiorul cetatii e liniste.

On the Silk Road in Uzbekistan 15. Walking in Khiva, the Museum City (2)
On the small streets in the Old Town it is silence. The vendors do not have many clients, but they are not persistent or aggressive like in other parts of the world. Which products do they sell?  A lot of fur which come in different colors, sizes, and models, and start at 100 euro, ceramics, sculpted wooden objects, drawings, women clothes made of silk or cotton, waved in traditional patterns and colors, traditional musical instruments, suzani, etc.

You may have your photo taken up on a camel, if you succeed to climb up! If not, the good owner gives you a ladder.

I saw a lot of children. Their parents are proud if you ask permission to take a photo of them.
We also visited a shop where they produce wood objects but what I liked more were the old wooden gates of Khiva, sculpted with fine lines after beautiful designs.
